Dustin Dunham has devoted his legal career to protecting the rights and freedom of those accused of crimes across Tennessee. Practicing law since 2010, he has handled hundreds of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies.
Before joining the firm, Dustin served eight years as a Magistrate for the General Sessions Court, where he gained an inside understanding of how cases are evaluated and decisions are made — insight he now uses to build stronger defenses for his clients.
A native of Tennessee, Dustin began his path of service by volunteering for the United States Marine Corps, where he learned discipline, courage, and attention to detail — values that continue to guide his legal work today. He earned his law degree from the University of Memphis and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Maryville College, where he also studied abroad in Venezuela.
Clients describe Dustin as a steady, straight-talking advocate who listens carefully, fights hard, and never forgets what’s at stake.
